• What’s the Vision?

First, let’s get clear on what you want to change. Is it a full renovation or just updating a few things? This step is about figuring out the “why” and “what” of your renovation.

• Setting a Budget

Now that we have an idea of what you want, let's make sure it fits your budget. Be honest about what you can afford, and we’ll adjust your plans to keep things realistic.

• Team Selection

Depending on the size of your project, you might need some experts. We will refer you to architects, or specialist contractors who will add their valuable inputs to make your vision into reality.

• Permits and Paperwork

This is where we dive into the details. Do we need permits for the work we’re doing? Let’s check local regulations to avoid any surprises later. We will write to your neighbours to give them a heads up 

• Finalize the Plan

At this stage, we’ll lock in the design. Do you have a specific layout or material in mind? We’ll make sure everything is finalized before work starts.

• Hire The Gokools’ ltd

Now it’s time to sign contracts and get the crew involved. From contractors to material suppliers, we will outline schedule of works and expectations.

• Order Materials

With the plan set, we’ll order all the necessary supplies so they’re ready when the work begins.

• Site Prep

Before the heavy lifting starts, we need to get the space ready. Let’s clear out anything that isn’t part of the plan and prepare for the construction work.

• Demolition  (If Needed)

Depending on the project, we may need to tear down old  structures or elements to make space for the new. Let’s make sure  everything is safely taken down and disposed of.

• Testing

This is where we make sure that all existing fittings are compliant and  will inform you or any bad wiring, defective plumbing, weak joists and others.   All findings are documented with photos. 

• Building  & Installing

The exciting part! Now we’ll start putting      everything together—whether it’s new walls, floors, cabinetry, or   fixtures. This is where the vision comes to life. We understand that you      may have a change of heart and specifications will be adjusted and updated  to cater these changes. 

• Quality  Check

As we move along, we’ll keep a close eye on the quality of work  to make sure everything is up to standard. No cutting corners here! All      materials and certifications will be verified and recorded as they are received.      

• Stay in Touch

We will  keep you  updated regularly, so if anything, unexpected comes up (like delays or      changes in material costs), you’re always in the loop. We will coordinate  site visits or conference video calls for live viewings. 

• Final   Walkthrough

 Once the heavy lifting is done, it’s time to take a good  look at everything. We’ll check that all the work meets the expectations      and is up to code.

• The  Punch List

This is where we make sure that any last-minute tweaks or  fixes are addressed before the project is complete. Think of it as the      final polish.

• Clean-Up

A fresh coat of paint, new floors, and now we’ll leave the space sparkling  clean.

• Handing   Over the Keys

 Once everything’s perfect, we’ll hand over the space to      you and make sure you have all the necessary documentation, warranties,      and tips for maintaining the new space.

• Warranties  and Follow-Ups

Sometimes, things come up after the project’s      complete. If you notice anything that needs attention, let’s make sure we      know who to contact and what’s covered under warranty.

• Ongoing   Maintenance:

 To keep things in tip-top shape, we might want to set up      a routine check-up for your new space. Whether it's a fresh coat of paint      or minor fixes, keeping the space maintained is key to preserving the      value and beauty of your renovation.
